Being healthy and taking care of yourself:

Being healthy and eating right are not very easy things to accomplish. All ou have to do is keep track of what you eat, like a chart of what you eat. Try to eat healthy foods lik grains, meat for protien, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and sometimes you can eat junk foods if u crave it just to keep yourself motivated, or to take a break of eating  healthy foods. Taking care of yourself is another way of being healthy. Bathing regularly, brushing your teeth twice a day, and keeping away acne.  This all keeps away diseases like ginguvitus, facial problems, skin cancer, etc.

Are people happier when they are healthy? Being healthy is just another way of getting rid of stress. Working out, eating right, and even taking care of yourself hygenically. When people take yoga classes, jog, and cook healthy foods. This article informs readers of what it takes to be a happy, and healthy person. Bad health is most likely to makes us humans unhappy, and that leads to depression.  Many people conclude that people that have problems with obesity are happier than healthy people. This topic will be explained more later in this blog. So, are people happier when they are healthy?

Are people happier when they are heathy?

The conclusion of my blog is that many happy people are healthy, and being unhappy is not healthy because it brings grumpiness and when people are unhappy, they eat which causes obesity. So, to stay healthy, just be happy!!
